Maggie has supported 1-on-1 with neurodiverse children between the ages of 4-17 mainly diagnosed (but not exclusive to) with Autism, and ADHD for the past 8 years, and additionally supported staff in the management and HR management role to promote mental health wellness and work life balance for the past 4 years. She has experience in how to navigate the system of Autism funding, supported families in navigating those services, and has collaborated with Behaviour Analysts, Speech Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and school teachers/staff (integrating Individualized Education Plans [IEP’s] into 1-on-1 goals). Amanda works with clients (and their families) of all ages, with goals of addressing mental distress.
